SALES MANAGER (ECS)

The candidate should have/be:

  • Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineer, minimum 5 years of experience in the Qatar Market.
  • Excellent communication skills for follow-ups with clients.
  • Experience in Sales of Low Voltage (LV) switchgear.
  • Must be able to cope and be flexible under daily pressure and multi-task.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Be responsible for all market survey and visit customers regularly.
  • Owns and directs long-term customer relationships/partnerships and fully responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
  • Trainees Sales Engineers and clients on products, processes and new technologies.
  • History of success in outside sales.
  • Experience building business relationships with end-users of maintenance and repair products.
  • High level of motivation.
  • Strong planning and negotiation skills.
  • Ms. Office. (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
