Advanced Pumping Upgrade Completed for Irrigation Network
In a recent project, our team successfully delivered and commissioned a high-performance pumping solution for a critical irrigation network, enhancing system efficiency and reliability.
The scope included the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of five vertical turbine pumps. The project began with the isolation and depressurization of the network, followed by the dismantling of the old skid system and accessories. A marine-grade aluminum skid was installed to replace the previous mild steel frame, significantly improving corrosion resistance and extending system longevity.
The reassembled system underwent a 24-hour pressure test, with all snag points resolved before final commissioning and handover. Key benefits of the upgraded solution include enhanced durability, improved pump performance, and increased system reliability through reduced downtime and better demand management.
