Pre-Insulated Sheets & Ducts

The ALPHA-PF air duct system, developed by Alpha Ducts, a division of FJ Group, is a high-performance, lightweight pre-insulated Phenolic duct solution designed for efficient air distribution. It includes ALPHA-PF Phenolic panels, specified joining systems, and a range of accessories, along with recommended fabrication and installation guidelines. Ducts are manufactured in sections up to 4 meters in length, offering significant advantages in cost and energy savings compared to traditional sheet metal ducts. Additionally, the ALPHA-PF system is compatible with standard sheet metal components such as control dampers, fire dampers, access doors, and support systems, making it an ideal choice for seamless integration with conventional ducting setups.
